Everything you need to know about getting your order and sending something back.

Shipping options

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rp50. Orders under Rp50 ship for a flat rate of Rp5.99. Expedited and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days — free over Rp50, otherwise Rp5.99
• Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days — calculated at checkout
• International shipping: 7–14 business days — calculated at checkout

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of any order from My Account → Order History.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
• Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
• Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order — this is the fastest way to get the right item to you.
